If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items sent back after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible
for return:
- Items marked final sale
- Items discounted 20% or more
- All preorders
- Accessories, intimates, bamboo basics, and select baby items (for hygiene + safety)
- Sale collections, flash sales, and limited drops
If a final sale item is returned, it will be marked return to sender.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, scents (perfume, detergent, smoke), or pet hair
- Returned with original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.
Shoes (if applicable)
Shoes must be returned in their original box.
Please place the shoe box inside another shipping box.
Returns sent with labels directly on the shoe box will incur
a 20% restocking fee.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
- Store credit will be issued via email as a digital gift card
Preorders
All preorder items are final sale and non-refundable. By placing a preorder, you agree to:
- Estimated turnaround times (which may vary)
- Possible shipping delays outside of our control
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled for a refund.
- If your order has not shipped, we may offer store credit only
- If your order has shipped, it must be returned according to our policy
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange:
- Return your item within 7 days
- Receive store credit
- Place a new order for your desired item
Items are not held for exchanges and are subject to availability.
Shipping, Delivery + Preorders
Shipping + Delivery
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- You will be responsible for reshipment fees
Preorder + Mixed Cart Orders
If your order includes a preorder item:
- Your entire order will ship once the preorder arrives
We recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.
Color + Product Variations

We do our best to accurately display colors, textures, and details.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Natural fabric differences
These will not be considered defects.
